Tribal Flair

These are from a super fun shoot I styled with an incredible team. I love how everything came together to tell the story of movement and flow but with a kind of tough, tribal edge. Good times.

Carine Watch: White and Black

zimbio.com

We've seen those Alaia lace-ups quite a few times on Carine, and they always look amazing. I love it when she pairs them with all white to give that perfectly edgy contrast. Check out my post from back in February about their many personalities.

Mid-Summer Perfection in Barcelona

I came across this image on Trendycrew and think that Davinia's look is just perfection. I love the slightly uneven, primary colored layers in the Manuel Bolaño dress that give it fullness so that it hits perfectly, a little long, just below the knee. It is also a touch loose so that it hangs on her in just the right way. I love the scrunched down nude tone socks and the (also) Manuel Bolaño lace-up wedges that give the look a more masculine edge and balanced feel. And the long pendant and round-rim sunglasses are the perfect accessories. Thank you Davinia for a little mid-summer, Barcelonian inspiration!
