I have been keeping my eye on Christine Centerera, Fashion Editor for Harper's Bazaar Australia and love her style. Came across these two photos of her in camel and leather, taking her look from Spring to Fall, loving both. images: trendycrew.com, wikifashion.com
Pulling from the archives here, from the July '10 issue of Amica (I mean 5 real months is like 5 fashion years), but I think this fall preview editorial evokes a great overall feel for the season, with the minimalism, a little masculinity, leather, capes and that lingering military flair.
This spread is from Grey magazine's A/W '10-'11 issue, shot in a vacant house, with a bit of a domestic boredom feel. Love the minimalist styling and choice of colors and pieces. Styled by Raffaella Campeggi and photographed by Sune Czajkowski, model, Ranya Mordanova. Just another Tuesday, 10.25.10.
Shot for Elle's Dec. '10 issue, model Tori Praver looks just a touch overheated in a super sexy, super stylish way. Makes me kind of miss summer already. Fashion Editor, Kate Lanphear, photographer, Dan Martensen. images: frankupdates.com
Now this woman, presumably Parisian, but maybe just a woman on the streets of Paris, is what I would call ON trend...she has the cape-style vest (in a shade of camel, obvi) over a denim button-down and pleated + leather skirt with leopard print open toed shoes...let's see I count 5 or 6 trends here. Hmmm maybe a bit much, but she is definitely rocking the outfit and you have to love it for it's trend-spotting made-easy charm.
Carine, and son Vladimir, looking oh so fab at the Vogue Paris 90th Anniversary Masquerade (Eyes Wide-Shut themed) Party earlier this month...thought it was quite the appropriate pic for Halloween.
